Welcome to Tuner Connect

Tuner Connect is your console for managing players, building channel lineups, connecting your channel source, and watching usage — all in one place.

What Tuner Connect does for you

Tuner Connect gives you a single console to run your service end to end. From your dashboard you can:

  • Manage your players — register each device, name it, organize devices into groups, and see which ones are online right now.
  • Build and publish channel lineups — choose the channels you want, arrange them in the order you like, and publish so your players pick up the change.
  • Connect your channel source — point Tuner Connect at your provider so your full channel catalog flows into the console.
  • See usage — view your most-watched channels, busy times of day, and activity for any individual device.

Everything happens in the browser. There's nothing to install to manage your service.

The core concepts

A few plain-language terms show up throughout the console. Once these click, everything else follows.

Device (player) A device is a single player you manage — a TV box, app, or screen that streams channels. Each device is identified by its MAC address, a unique hardware ID you enter when you register it. You'll find your devices under Devices.

Group A group is a folder for your devices. Grouping lets you organize players (by location, customer, or however you like) and assign a lineup to everyone in the group at once, instead of device by device.

Channel source Your channel source is the provider that supplies your channels. You connect it once under Sources by entering your source details, and Tuner Connect pulls in your full channel catalog so it's ready to build from.

Lineup A lineup is the ordered list of channels your players show. You create a lineup, pick channels from your source, and arrange them in the order you want. You can keep more than one lineup and assign different lineups to different devices or groups.

Publish Editing a lineup is safe to do anytime — your changes stay as a draft until you're ready. When you publish, Tuner Connect pushes the lineup live so the assigned players pick up the new channel list. Nothing reaches your players until you publish.

How it fits together

A typical setup runs in this order:

  1. Connect your channel source under Sources so your channels flow in.
  2. Build a lineup under Lineup — pick your channels, arrange them, and Publish.
  3. Add your devices under Devices — register each MAC address and assign a lineup.
  4. Watch usage under Usage as your players come online.

The console guides you through these same steps the first time you sign in, so you're never guessing what comes next.

What you'll need

To get set up, have these ready:

  • A Tuner Connect account — the login you use to reach the console.
  • Your channel source details — the connection info from your provider (an M3U link, or a server address with username and password).
  • Your device MAC addresses — the unique ID for each player you want to add.
